Terms & Condition

  1. All goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
  2. Price quoted includes delivery to a local address (within mainland Singapore), at a designated loading/unloading bay accessible by our truck.
    • Goods delivered to a high-rise unit must be accessible by the building’s lift.
    • In the event that goods cannot be delivered via lift access, a surcharge of S$200.00 per level will be applicable for staircase access.
  3. Delivery of goods is subject to the following:
    • Ex-stock items are subject to prior sales. Delivery is estimated 7–14 working days after full payment is received.
    • Sale of showroom pieces will be sold on an AS-IS condition. No exchange or refund will be allowed after delivery. Buyer must check and accept the condition at the point of purchase.
  4. Indent of goods:
    • Production estimated 6–8 working weeks
    • Shipment estimated 8–12 working weeks
  5. Validity of quotation: 14 days from the date of issue.
  6. No cancellation, returns or refunds of goods or deposits are allowed.
  7. Terms of payment:
    • 50% deposit upon signed confirmation
    • 50% balance payment after production is completed and ready for shipment
    • Retention is not applicable
